Our On-the-Day Coordination service is the perfect add-on to your Styling package. Designed for couples who’ve planned their own wedding but want a professional to manage the finer details, this service ensures everything runs smoothly, from start to finish.
We’ll create a detailed run sheet, coordinate supplier arrivals, manage your timeline, oversee the setup and styling, and handle any unexpected issues…so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

At Splash Events, our planning support is available as an add-on to our full styling service. This allows us to deliver a cohesive, stress-free experience from concept to execution…ensuring every detail flows beautifully. By combining planning with our styling expertise, we’re able to create weddings that not only look incredible but run smoothly too.

DIY Hire
Do it yourself Styling with a helping hand from our hire range.
If you’re planning to style your own wedding but still want access to high quality decor and furniture, our DIY Hire service is perfect for you. You’ll get access to our hire collection…including arbours, furniture, backdrops, tableware, and more, without booking our full styling service.
Here’s how it works:
- Browse and book online through our Hire Catalogue
- Pick up from our Coolum Beach warehouse, or arrange delivery and collection if available (fees apply)
- No setup services are included—DIY hire is for self-managed events
- Ceremony deliveries are not available for public sites (e.g., beaches or parks)
- You’ll need to set up, pack down and store items securely overnight
- All items must be returned clean and undamaged
DIY Hire is a completely self-managed option. We do not combine DIY hire with our full styling service. If you’re choosing DIY hire, you (or your helpers) will handle all transport, setup, and return.
DIY Hire is ideal for couples who: ✔️ Want styling freedom but still want access to beautiful, professional pieces ✔️ Have time and support to manage setup and pack-down ✔️ Can transport and safely store hire items before and after the event
